WinCo Foods - Visit this link to locate a store near you. They are expanding, but mostly a northwest chain. Walmart bags your groceries for you and doesn't have as many forklifts trying to run you down at 8-9 am in the morning. I probably don't need to tell you where to find a Walmart - they're everywhere. I highlighted the prices where WinCo did very well in blue and where Walmart did far better in red.

Uncooked boneless chicken breasts:

Conclusion: 
Go to both stores to shop. Especially buy chicken breasts, eggs, coffee, tea bags and cat litter at Walmart. Buy everything else at WinCo. I will refine the list of what to buy at Walmart as I get more pricing for the rest of the staples.
